i don't know what is it in seahorse that chinese people use them for medicine. i've heard they are used as aphrodisiac, some say they can cure certain illnesses. but whatever it is, i don't think they deserve to be treated this way. they are wonderful creatures and i feel sad not only for the seahorses but also for the people who are responsible of doing this.

this is sad. seahorses are so adorable and it doesn't have to end up on the chinese medicine market or rather use it as an ornament. i hope those who are into this kind of doings will somehow think the negative effects when abusing our wildlife. it is far more our concern to take care what we have and see to it that these won't be abused.
